Stuart Mason is known for his authentic vocals and nimble skill on guitar, mandola, and banjo. He has won awards for traditional singing (Goleta Old-Time Fiddler’s Convention), mandola (Topanga Banjo and Fiddle Contest), and songwriting (West Coast Songwriters Association). He is a member of international touring Celtic band Molly’s Revenge, and has performed at festivals in China, Scotland, Ireland, and across the United States. He also tours with old-time bluegrass band Little Black Train and Celtic folk band Story Road, and performs with the Old-Time Fiddle and Banjo Show. www.stuartmasonmusic.com

Stuart will be joined for these shows by songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Ryan Davidson of Chico, CA. The songs of Ryan Davidson combine the traditional folk art of storytelling with an aggressive punk flair. His impassioned voice and energetic presence on stage command attention on any room. The Northern California native was educated in Ireland, and his songs strike a deep emotional chord that moves the heart while inviting the listener to raise a glass and sing along.

Stuart and Ryan will perform songs from Stuart’s upcoming solo album, a collaborative project of all-traditional acoustic Americana songs set for release in spring of 2015.
